Deadstock — never worn, never washed, and still factory-new after forty years. A full-length stonewashed indigo cotton duster from Wild Rose.

The duster started out as workwear on the American frontier: a long, loose coat thrown over everything else to keep trail dust off what was underneath. The 1980s brought it back as a fashion piece — looser, longer, less practical — and this is a clean example of that revival, in heavy cotton that has never softened because nobody ever wore it.
